Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Morgan Mahaffey, 34, of Smyrn, DE. Mahaffey suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to her health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Mahaffey is described as a white female, 5’9″, 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Mahaffey was last seen in the area of Bayhealth Kent Campus on 8/12/23. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time. Attempts to contact her have been negative.
