The investigation began when Dover Police Department was called for the report of a Robbery that had occurred at Wawa. Officers responded and contacted the victims who advised that they were driving eastbound on Forrest Avenue when they pulled in to a parking lot. The victims were approached by a male with a bat who believed he was cut off by the victim. The male then shattered the passenger side window the vehicle, causing the passenger to sustain minor injuries. Two female suspects then approached the vehicle and ordered the driver out of the car and demanded he turn over money.
