Delaware State Police have identified the victim who died during a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred on June 29, 2022 in the Camden-Wyoming area as Phylicia Galvin, 21, of Greensboro, Maryland.
The Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this collision. Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed this collision to please contact Master Corporal J.
