Delaware State Police have identified the victim who died during a fatal motorcycle collision that occurred on August 29, 2022, in the Felton area as Nicholas Whitley, 28, of Ridgely, Maryland.

The Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed this collision to please contact Sergeant J.
