Village Primary Care held a ribbon cutting, open house and health fair to celebrate their new office
Now that their new offices are completed, Village Primary Care held an Open House and Health Fair on September 25. The office is accepting new patients at the Milford Wellness Village, located at 21 W. Clarke Avenue, Suite 1610 in Milford.
“It was a wonderful day connecting with our community and showcasing everything our new office and the Milford Wellness Village have to offer,” Kaitlin Fielder, APRN-FNP-C, said. “We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you with compassion, patient-centered care.”
The ribbon cutting and open house marked the grand opening of southern Delaware’s newest community medical provider at the growing Milford Wellness Village. Led by a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and will offer flexible hours, 24 hours per day, 7-days per week emergency phone access. The practice will also offer in-person and telehealth visits to ensure accessibility for all.
In addition to the ribbon cutting, there were tours of the facility and a health fair which featured a diverse group of healthcare providers. Featured were Polaris, Aquacare, Physical Therapy, Pace your Life, Banyan Rehab, Kidz Ink, LaRed Health Care Village Audiology, Compassionate Care Hospice, We Care and more.
“We asked attendees to bring medication with them for a reconciliation session to learn about potential interactions and ensure safe usage,” Fielder said. “Residents, business owners and community members joined us to celebrate this milestone.
Village Primary Care is committed to providing patient-centered healthcare with a focus on preventative medicine and personalized care plans. The office is located in the center of Milford Wellness Village and their goal is to make quality healthcare accessible to the Milford community and beyond.
