Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has arrested Tykeme Robinson, 31, of Wilmington, DE, on drug charges Wednesday evening. The investigation began when Robinson was contacted at Wawa, 2800 North DuPont Highway Dover, DE by the US Marshall’s Service First State Fugitive Task Force in coordination with the Dover Police Department’s Drugs, Vice and Organized Crime Unit and Probation and Parole. Robinson was wanted by Laurel Police Department for a shooting and was taken into custody without incident. Robinson was found in possession of 18 bags of heroin, 671.7 grams of marijuana, and 4.4 grams of crack cocaine. Robinson was transported to Dover Police where he was processed and arraigned.
Robinson was released on an unsecured bail on the following charges however he was committed to SCI in lieu of bail on Laurel Police charges:
-Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Tier 1 Quantity
-Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-Possession of a Controlled Substance
