
Delaware State Police arrested Garron Wscottof Ellendale Delaware ,and Jasman Gbbsof Milford Delaware for drug-related felony charges. This was after a search warrant executed in Milford on the weekend.
Members of the Kent County Drug Unit and Kent County Governor’s Task Force executed a search at a residence in Milford on Valley Drive, July 12, 2025. The search warrant was issued after an investigation into Wescott’s distribution of illegal drugs from his residence. Wescott, Gibbs and three children were also in the house at the time of the search warrant. At the time, three children were in the house.
The following items were found during a search of the house:
- About 177.50 grams fentanyl
- About 944.91 grams cocaine
- Digital scales
- Drug paraphernalia
Wescott was taken to Troop 3 where he was arraigned before Justice of the Peace Court 7 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution under a cash bond of $129,500.
- Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver it, Tier 3 (Felony), 3 counts
- Possession of Controlled Substances, Tier 3 (Felony), 2 counts
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Endangering the welfare of a child by committing a drug offense with a child in the dwelling – three counts
- Conspiracy 3 rd degree
Gibbs, who was taken to Troop 3 and charged with the following crimes by Justice of the Peace Court 7 and released under her own recognizance.
