Music in the Park returns this summer, starting on June 30
Welcome Back to Milford Public Library’s Music in the Park 2021, sponsored by the Friends of the Milford Public Library. The concerts are free and held each Wednesday, starting June 30 and running through July 28. Concerts begin at 7:00 PM in the Milford Library Amphitheater.
The lineup for this year includes; Sean Reilly providing the sounds of Frank Sinatra; On the Edge featuring the sounds of Motown; Riptide singing a little Soul and a little Country; Glass Onion, performing rock and roll along with familiar dance hits and the Milford Community Band presenting the sounds of the Big Bands and Music throughout the ages.
On Saturday, July 3, there was a special program featuring the 287th Army Band of the Delaware National Guard at 7:00 PM.
The Friends of the library will also have books out for sale at each performance.
Come out, sit back and enjoy live music with a variety of genres. Bring your chairs or blankets! Enjoy free popcorn on June 30! If you are signed up for the Adult Summer Reading program, you can earn an extra ticket toward the final drawing.
