MILFORD — Milford’s summer concert series, Milford Public Library’s Music in the Park, continues Wednesday, July 9, with a free performance by Station Hill Bluegrass. The show begins at 7 p.m. in the outdoor amphitheater behind the Milford Public Library.

The family-friendly concert invites attendees to bring their own chairs or blankets for a relaxed evening of live music. In the event of rain, the concert will move indoors to Jesus Love Temple, located across the street from the library on South Walnut Street.

Station Hill Bluegrass, based in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania, is known for its dynamic blend of traditional and contemporary bluegrass. The four-member group features seasoned musicians with more than 100 years of combined experience. Their performances highlight the hallmarks of bluegrass music—banjo rolls, mandolin chops, upright bass rhythms and rich, layered vocal harmonies.

Drawing inspiration from Appalachian roots and Americana classics, Station Hill’s setlist includes upbeat breakdowns, soulful ballads and sing-along favorites. The band’s engaging stage presence and storytelling style have made them a popular act across the Mid-Atlantic region. They have performed at venues such as Longwood Gardens, Winterthur Artisan Market and Peddler’s Village.

The group also brings its own professional sound system to ensure high-quality acoustics for both indoor and outdoor venues.

Music in the Park concerts are held every Wednesday evening through the summer. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy downtown Milford’s restaurants and shops before the show.
