Milford City Council will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. tonight at City Hall Council Chambers, partly to deal with legal issues.
Attendees are welcome to participate virtually or in-person, and there will be a 15- minute time slot for public commentary at the meeting’s start.
The council and their lawyer David Rutt will discuss “pending or potential” litigation.
Preliminary discussions on site acquisitions for any publicly funded capital improvements is also on the agenda.
Virtual attendees may alert the city clerk that they wish to speak by submitting their name, address and agenda item via the Zoom Q&A function.
They can also comment by using the “Raise Your Hand” function during the meeting.
Those attending in person may comment when the floor is opened for that purpose.
All written public notice received prior to the meeting will be read into the record.
