WILMINGTON, Del. — Kris & Holly — the beloved duo who appear throughout the community as Santa & Mrs. Claus — are giving away their remaining weekday visit slots this season to help bring joy to children served by groups facing hard economic times or the ripple effects of government shutdowns.

The pair said demand for their appearances has been so strong that they’ve reached what they call a “saturation point,” allowing them to donate the rest of their Monday–Friday availability to select organizations. Eligible groups include independent libraries, Head Start programs, and charities or nonprofits that serve children and have experienced reduced or eliminated government funding.

“We’re grateful to be busy enough to give back,” the duo said in an announcement, adding that, “God and fortune willing, we’ll make this an annual tradition.”

Kris & Holly emphasized that the offer is meant to help programs that might otherwise have to scale back holiday activities. Weekday visits donated under the initiative are free for qualifying organizations. A limited number of weekend times remain available for booked, paid engagements, and the duo will still accept paying clients during weekdays when appropriate.

How to request a visit:
Eligible organizations can review up-to-the-minute availability and request a time at Kris & Holly’s scheduling page: krisandholly.com/xmasavail25.

Kris & Holly said the goal is simple: reach as many children as possible with a joyful, authentic Santa and Mrs. Claus experience this holiday season — especially in places where budgets are tight. “If our calendar can open a door for a child’s smile,” they said, “that’s the best gift we can give.”
