Dough Bar & Vine, a rebranded concept from the Milton-based Dough Bar, is planning to open a new location in downtown Milford later this year.
The restaurant will occupy the former Farmacy Market storefront, following the market’s relocation to 301 N.E. Front St., next to Fur Baby Pet Resort.
Owner Kristen Latham said the Milford expansion has been years in the making and represents a significant milestone for the business.
The new location will feature Dough Bar’s signature pizzas along with handcrafted sandwiches served on house-made bread made from the restaurant’s pizza dough. Plans also include offering wine service to complement the expanded menu.
The concept is designed to provide an elevated casual dining experience centered on artisan sandwiches, pizza and wine in downtown Milford.
“This is our opportunity to build our dream home,” Latham said.
The addition of Dough Bar & Vine will bring another dining option to Milford’s downtown business district. An opening date has not yet been announced.
