Delaware State Police Troop 3 is issuing a Gold Alert for 36-year-old Ryan Samans of Harrington, Delaware. Ryan was last known to be in the Harrington area on July 23, 2023. Attempts to contact or locate Ryan have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being.
Ryan is described as a white male, approximately 5’10” tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds. He has blue eyes and a red beard. He was last seen wearing a camouflage hat, and unknown color shirt and shorts. Ryan may be armed.
Anyone with information regarding Ryan Samans’ whereabouts is asked to contact Delaware State Police Troop 3 by calling 302-697-4454, or by dialing 9-1-1. Information may also be provided by contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
