TRAFFIC ALERT – New Castle County – I-95/896 Interchange–Upcoming Ramp Closures

Newark — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that the contractor will require ramp closures for the Route 896 northbound and southbound ramps onto I-95 southbound for utility work, and overnight ramp closures for the northbound Route 896 onto northbound I-95 for paving work.
