TRAFFIC ALERT – New Castle County – Winchester Bridge on 4th Street to have Limited Openings this week.

Wilmington — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that the Winchester Bridge on 4th Street in Wilmington will have limited openings this week, as work to fix the bridge continues.

Beginning at 3:00pm on Monday, March 27, 2023, the Winchester Bridge on 4th Street will have one lane open in each direction. Work will continue this week with the bridge being completely closed to traffic from 6:00am to 6:00pm Tuesday through Friday. [More]
