Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Earnestine Slade, 80, of Dover, DE. Slade suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to her health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Slade is described as a black female, 5’5″, 140 pounds, grey hair and brown eyes. Slade was last seen at an apartment in the 300 Block of Doveview Drive. At the time, she was wearing a black jacket, white turtleneck, beige pants, and black sneakers. Attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful.
