Milford City Council voted to approve the hiring of a full-time Behavioral Health Specialist for the Milford Police Department. The full-time position was a request from Chief Kenneth Brown who has been using a part-time specialist to assist the department for the past year. “We need to expand this from a part-time person to a full-time person,” Chief Brown said. …
